YNON KRIEZ

Ynon Kreiz was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Management, President
and Chief Executive Officer in November 1999, overseeing the establishment
and expansion of Fox Kids Europes operations across Europe and
the Middle East. Prior to this, he served as Managing Director and
then President of Fox Kids Europe Ltd. Prior to 1997, he served as
Vice President of Business Development at Fox Family Worldwide, Inc. |

MARTIN WEIGOLD
Chief Financial Officer
Martin Weigold was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in December
1999. He is also a member of the Board of Management. He was previously
Vice President of Finance at Walt Disney Television International
where he was actively involved in the launching of Disney channels
in France, Spain, Italy and Germany and also served as a Director
of Super RTL, the German free-to-air broadcaster. From 1990 to 1996,
he worked in the City of London as a venture capitalist and from 1987
to 1990 he worked as a business consultant with Arthur Andersen. |

MARC-ANTOINE D'HALLUIN
Group Managing Director Channels
Marc-Antoine dHalluin was appointed as a member of the Board
of Management in November 1999. In his role, he oversees Fox Kids
Europes channel operations. From 1997 he was Managing Director
of Fox Kids France. Prior to joining Fox Kids Europe, he was Director
of Corporate Development for Europe at Sony Pictures and worked within
media finance for J.P. Morgan and Ernst & Young. |

OLIVER SPINER
Director of International Affairs
Olivier Spiner was appointed as a member of the Board of Management,
Director of International Affairs in November 1999 and is responsible
for Fox Kids Europes co-production and corporate activities.
Prior to joining Fox Kids Europe he served as Deputy General Manager
of Saban International Paris from 1996 and before this, from 1982,
he held the positions of Deputy General Manager and Chief Financial
Officer at Créativité and Développement. |

ANNE SWEENEY
President of ABC Cable Networks Group and Disney
Channel Worldwide
Anne Sweeney is President of the ABC Cable Networks Group and President
of Disney Channel Worldwide, with responsibility for non-sports cable
programming for The Walt Disney Company and ABC, Inc. She joined Disney
as president of Disney Channel in February 1996. Prior to this,
Ms. Sweeney served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FX Networks,
Inc. from 1993 to 1996, and spent 12 years at Nickelodeon, where her
responsibilities included establishing Nickelodeon in the United Kingdom
through a joint venture with BSkyB. |

KATE TRINDER
General Counsel & Executive Director
of Corporate Strategy
Kate Trinder was appointed as a member of the Board of Management,
General Counsel and Executive Director of Corporate Strategy in November
1999. She previously served as Director of Business & Legal Affairs
for Fox Kids Europe Ltd since May 1997. Before 1997, she served five
years at the City of London law firm Norton Rose and was then Director
of Legal Affairs at DTH platform operator Nethold Electronic Media. |
