THOMAS STAGGS
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Tom Staggs was appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board in November 2001. He is currently Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Walt Disney Company and a member of Disney’s executive management committee, with responsibility for the company’s worldwide finance organisation, controller functions, acquisitions, investor relations, treasury activities, information systems, real estate and taxes. Mr. Staggs joined Disney in 1990 as Manager of Strategic Planning. In 1995 he became Vice President of Planning and Development and in 1998 Mr. Staggs became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

CLAUS HOLST-GYDESENl
Supervisory Board Member
Claus Holst-Gydesen was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board in November 2001. He is currently Managing Director of The Walt Disney Company (Germany) GmbH and serves as Country Manager for Disney businesses in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Mr. Holst-Gydesen joined Disney in 1995 as General Manager of Buena Vista Home Entertainment in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, with responsibility for distribution of Disney’s motion pictures in home entertainment formats. Prior to that, Mr Holst-Gydesen held various sales, marketing and management positions with both MD Foods and the Lego Company.

ANTOINE JEANCOURT-GALIGNANI
Supervisory Board Member
Antoine Jeancourt-Galignani was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board in November 2001. He currently serves as Chairman of Gecina, a Paris based property company and is a non-executive director of Euro Disney, Société Générale and TotalFinaElf. Prior to this he served as the Chairman and CEO of AGF, the second largest French insurance company, and as President and subsequently Chairman of Banque Indosuez. He is also a member of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council to the Mayor of Shanghai, which he chaired from 1998 to 2000.

PHILIPPE LACO
Supervisory Board Member
Philippe Laco was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board in November 2001. He is President of The Walt Disney Company (France) S.A. and has served since 1999 as Country Manager for Disney businesses in France and the Benelux countries. Mr. Laco joined Disney in 1996, as Vice President and Managing Director, and was responsible for launching The Disney Channel in France. Between 1991 and 1996, Mr. Laco held various management positions with Warner Music France. Prior to this, from 1982 to 1991, Mr. Laco held management positions with Polygram.

PETER MURPHY
Supervisory Board Member
Peter Murphy was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board in November 2001. He has served since January 2000 as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Officer of The Walt Disney Company and a member of Disney’s executive management committee, with responsibility for strategic analysis, business development and long-term planning. Mr. Murphy joined Disney’s Strategic Planning department in 1988 as a senior planning analyst, becoming Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ABC, Inc., Disney’s broadcasting and cable programming unit.
