Share Premium Distribution and EGM
Jetix Europe’s shareholders approved at its EGM a €50m share premium distribution. The ex-distribution date will be the 27th July 2007, the record date 31st July 2007 and the payment date 3rd August 2007.
The payment will be made after deducting 15% Dutch withholding tax. In specific circumstances, some shareholders may be entitled to a reduced rate, or to receive the distribution gross. If this is the case they should notify the company immediately. Please click here for detailed tax notes and the procedure for notifying the company. The following forms may be required.

Jetix Europe held an EGM on 10th January 2006. At the EGM Brian Spaulding and Wolf-Dieter Gramatke were appointed to the Supervisory Board, replacing Antoine Jeancourt-Galignani and Tom Staggs. The Supervisory Board unanimously appointed Andy Bird as Chairman.
