• 26 x half-hour flash animated series for kids 6-10, co-produced by Jetix Europe, SIP Animation and TF1

• JCP (Jetix Consumer Products) to manage home video rights and merchandising rights

• The series forms part of the Jetix Europe programming portfolio, which is serviced by Disney’s Buena Vista International Television

Amsterdam, The Netherlands and London, UK – Jetix Europe N.V. (AMEX: JETIX; Reuters: JETIX.AS; Bloomberg: JETIX.NA), today announced its latest co-production, animated action comedy series Combo Niños. Jetix Europe is co-producing the series in close collaboration with the French production house SIP Animation and TF1.

Combo Niños, designed to appeal to boys and girls aged 6-10, will debut on Jetix Europe’s channels from August 2008. Jetix Europe holds the TV distribution rights and home video & consumer product rights for the series across Europe*. Disney’s Buena Vista International Television will service the distribution of its television rights to Combo Niños and will launch the 26 episodes at MIPCOM Junior in October 2007.

Combo Niños are four kids who can transform themselves into animal-inspired superheroes. Serio turns into a jaguar, Paco turns into a bull, Pilar turns into an iguana, and Azul turns into an eagle. Using their magical skills together with Capoeira-inspired moves they must protect their beautiful ancient city, Nova Nizza from the mischievous, madcap Divinos, immortals from another dimension who are intent on wreaking havoc in Nova Nizza.

There are over twenty different Divinos such as Insecto Gigante, a tiny bug Divino with a big personality, who’s determined to have insects rule over humans, and El Gecko, an artist Divino who wants to use the entire city as his canvas!

The animation includes richly detailed landscapes and scenery, with inspirations from a mixture of different ancient Latin American civilisations. The vibrant colours and imagery of the Nova Nizza city make for fun and magical settings.

Capoeira is a non-contact dance-like martial art, which provides the basis of the fast-paced moves of the Combo Niños, who have to practise in secret to protect their true identities.

Note. *Jetix Europe holds consumer products and home video rights in Europe, Middle East and French-speaking Africa and the Caribbean. The licensing and merchandising of the series will be handled by JCP (Jetix Consumer Products).
