Jetix Europe NV, formerly known as Fox Kids Europe NV, is one of the leading pan-European children’s entertainment companies in Europe and The Middle East.

In January 2004, we announced the creation of a global kids’ programming alliance with The Walt Disney Company, the world leader in family entertainment, who now act as our co-producer for a number of new shows each year.

More recently, as part of our development as a global brand, we changed our name from Fox Kids Europe to Jetix Europe. Jetix Europe now owns channels in Europe and the Middle East – branded as Fox Kids and Jetix – while Disney owns Jetix branded blocks in the United States and Latin America.

Our operations are divided into three business lines:

Consumer Products

Each of these businesses takes a localised approach to its markets and is backed by our ownership of one of the world’s largest and most widely recognised children’s programming libraries – one which includes over 6,000 episodes of high quality entertainment.

Following The Walt Disney Company’s acquisition of more than 99% of the shares in Jetix Europe and the completion of the companies share buy-back offer, the company was delisted from the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange on 27th February, 2009.
